For Jewellery on Sale (Purchase Orders)

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect identified on delivery

Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused & in original packaging
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims

Refund will be issued after inspection.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used / worn jewellery
  • Custom / special order items
  • Colour variation complaints
  • Size or style change after purchase

Refund Timeline

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within:

  • 5–7 working days to original payment method

For Rental Jewellery

Refunds are not applicable on:

  • Rental booking fees
  • Blocking charges
  • Advance booking amount

Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after:

  • Quality check & condition verification

Deductions apply for:

  • Damage
  • Loss
  • Missing stones / hooks / parts
  • Late return
