For Jewellery on Sale (Purchase Orders)
Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect identified on delivery
Conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused & in original packaging
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims
Refund will be issued after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used / worn jewellery
- Custom / special order items
- Colour variation complaints
- Size or style change after purchase
Refund Timeline
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within:
- 5–7 working days to original payment method
For Rental Jewellery
Refunds are not applicable on:
- Rental booking fees
- Blocking charges
- Advance booking amount
Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after:
- Quality check & condition verification
Deductions apply for:
- Damage
- Loss
- Missing stones / hooks / parts
- Late return
