Catalogue Purpose

Booking Confirmation

  • To reserve a jewellery set, customers must provide a valid government-issued ID proof.
  • A minimum advance payment of 50% of the rental amount is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining rental amount and refundable caution deposit must be paid before dispatch or collection.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after WhatsApp confirmation from our team and receipt of the required advance payment.

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is applicable for rental jewellery.
  • The deposit will be refunded after the jewellery is returned, inspected, and found to be in its original condition.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 24–48 hours after successful verification.

Return Policy

  • Rental jewellery must be returned on the agreed return date.
  • Jewellery should be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe handling and storage of rented items during the rental period.

Late Returns

  • Jewellery should be returned on time, preferably the next day after the event unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late returns may attract additional charges.
  • Extended rental periods may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Damage, Loss & Missing Items

  • Any loss, theft, breakage, damage, or missing component will be chargeable.
  • Repair or replacement costs will be assessed based on the extent of damage.
  • In case of complete loss, the customer may be liable for the full replacement value of the jewellery.

Cancellation Policy

NO REFUND • NO CANCELLATION • NO MODIFICATION

  • Once a booking is confirmed, rental payments are non-refundable.
  • Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled, transferred, or modified.
  • Advance payments will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Customized Bangles Orders

  • Customized bangles are created according to customer preferences and design requirements.
  • Customers must place customized bangle orders through WhatsApp only.
  • A reference image, inspiration image, or design sample must be shared through WhatsApp for quotation and order confirmation.
  • The production timeline depends on the complexity of the design and material availability.
  • The estimated making time and delivery schedule will be communicated before order confirmation.
