  1. Jewellery Sales (Purchase Orders)

We take great care in quality checking every item before dispatch. However, returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns will only be considered if:

  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during transit
  • A manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must remain unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be retained
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect product claims
  • Products must pass inspection upon return

Lilac reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
  • Special order items procured on customer request
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Complaints regarding minor colour variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings
  • Requests for style, design, or size changes after purchase confirmation

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund Timeline

Refunds are generally processed within:

5–7 business days

Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions or payment providers.


  1. Rental Jewellery Bookings

Rental jewellery is reserved exclusively for customers based on selected event dates. As inventory is blocked specifically for each booking, different refund terms apply.


Non-Refundable Payments

The following amounts are strictly non-refundable:

  • Rental booking fees
  • Advance booking payments
  • Blocking charges
  • Reservation fees
  • Convenience or processing charges (if applicable)

These charges secure inventory availability and event scheduling.


Security Deposit Refunds

Where a refundable security deposit has been collected, it will be returned after:

  • Successful receipt of the jewellery
  • Quality inspection
  • Condition verification
  • Completion of return formalities

Deductions from Security Deposit

Lilac reserves the right to deduct reasonable amounts for:

  • Physical damage
  • Missing stones
  • Missing hooks, chains, locks, or accessories
  • Tarnishing caused by misuse
  • Product alterations
  • Missing components from the original set
  • Loss or theft of jewellery
  • Late return beyond the agreed rental period

If damages exceed the deposit amount, additional charges may apply.


Cancellation of Rental Bookings

Cancellation requests are subject to review based on:

  • Time remaining before the event date
  • Inventory blocking period
  • Preparation and logistics costs already incurred

Any approved refund will be determined solely at the discretion of Lilac Bridal Destination.


Return Claim Procedure

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Step 1

Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Step 2

Take photographs showing the issue.

Step 3

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Bill number
  • Photos
  • Unboxing video
  • Brief description of the issue

Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for review.
